tl;dr
TriVeer AI applications are designed with privacy as a foundational priority.
- 🚫We do NOT sell your data.
- 🚫We do NOT use third-party analytics or invasive tracking.
- 🚫We do NOT show external advertisements.
- 💾We default to local, on-device storage whenever possible.
1. Our Applications
Data controller: TriVeer AI is the data controller responsible for any personal data processed in connection with our Services, including this website and our iOS applications. You can reach us at hello@triveer.ai for any privacy-related request.
This privacy policy applies to all applications and websites provided by TriVeer AI, including but not limited to:
- KAID: Kids AI Dojo: An educational roleplay app for children.
- ThinQr: A cognitive framework and critical thinking app for adults.
2. Data Stored Locally (On Your Device)
The vast majority of app data is stored securely and solely on your device. Uninstalling the app instantly removes all locally stored data. Because this data never leaves your device, we have no access to it, no accounts to delete, and no user data on file to fulfill deletion requests under GDPR, CCPA, or App Store guidelines.
Locally stored data includes:
- In KAID: All interactions, voice recordings (Personal Voice), progress, and settings.
- In ThinQr: Learning progress, Thinking Journal entries, ThinQr Mind Type assessment results, and settings.
3. Cloud Data (Optional Features)
Certain optional features may utilize Apple's CloudKit to sync limited data. This data is linked to your iCloud account, stored securely by Apple, and is only accessible by you or users you explicitly share it with.
- ThinQr "Think Squads": If you join a squad, your display name, weekly XP, bites completed, streak, and rank are stored in CloudKit to enable the squad leaderboard. Leaving a squad removes your record.
- KAID: No data is ever synced to the cloud. It remains 100% on-device.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from children or adults within our apps. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The KAID app is fully COPPA compliant and uses Parental Gates for external links.
5. Websites & Waitlists
The TriVeer AI marketing websites use no analytics SDKs and no third-party trackers. Fonts are self-hosted. The only outbound network requests occur when you voluntarily submit a waitlist, feedback, or issue form. We record only the email address and content you provide. We do not set tracking cookies. Standard web-server logs (including IP address) may be retained transiently for security and abuse-prevention purposes and are deleted on a rolling basis.
6. Email Service Provider
When you submit a waitlist, feedback, or issue form on our marketing websites, your email address (and any message content) is transmitted to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, EU-hosted) so we can deliver launch and follow-up emails. Brevo acts as our email service provider and is bound by its own privacy commitments — see Brevo's privacy notice. Beyond Brevo and Apple's own platform services (StoreKit for purchases, iCloud for optional sync), no other third-party SDKs, analytics, or services are integrated into our apps or websites.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most data lives only on your device, you can exercise these rights by uninstalling the app or deleting your local data. For data submitted via website forms (e.g., waitlist email), email hello@triveer.ai and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
